Project №23 · Entrepreneurship bootcamp for athletes
ELCAMP
Completed. Our first project as Erasmus+ Sport coordinator — an entrepreneurship bootcamp built specifically for athletes navigating life beyond competition.
Editorial note
§ 1ELCAMP was Collective Innovation's first coordinator role on an Erasmus+ Sport project. The premise was modest and overdue: athletes are taught to compete and rarely taught to start anything afterwards. ELCAMP built an entrepreneurship bootcamp tailored to that gap, run as a residential camp with a curriculum the athletes could carry home.
§ 2The project produced a bootcamp methodology, a facilitator guide, and a small alumni network of athlete-founders. It also taught us how to coordinate — the practical, unglamorous work of holding a consortium together — and the lessons from that first coordination informed every Erasmus+ Sport project we have run since.
