Completed. Leadership programme for women moving into federation executive positions, with a mentorship component across countries.

Editorial note

§ 1Women-Up was a leadership programme with three innovations worth preserving. First, the mentors were senior women from adjacent sectors, not only sport. Second, the cohort met in person four times in two years, which turned out to be critical. Third, the curriculum refused to treat gender as the sole subject.
