Project №03 · Safeguarding in tennis environments
SafeTennis
Safeguarding protocols, training, and reporting infrastructure for tennis clubs and coaches.
Editorial note
§ 1Safeguarding is a sector-wide need that is largely addressed at the level of federation policy but rarely at the level of the club coach who first meets a problem. SafeTennis works at that latter level.
§ 2The project builds a training programme for coaches, a clear reporting protocol that does not require a legal team to understand, and a small digital tool that supports the reporting process. Collective Innovation contributes the programme design and the digital tool.
